We operate Sundays through Fridays and are closed on Saturdays and Holidays.
Other days, we are closed are Yom HaZikaron (Israeli Memorial Day),  Yom HaShoah. and Tisha BeAv.

Reservations
 
It is preferable to reserve in advance!

To reserve, contact by email is best so that we have a clear record of all your info.  Also Whatsapp or Signal work well. We usually succeed in answering all enquiries within 24 hours (maybe a little longer on weekends and holidays).

Important: Once we've responded and answered all your questions, please confirm your reservation! Otherwise embarassing situations can happen if you show up and we weren't expecting you.

If you have a medical condition or accessibility issue that we need to know about. 


Cancelation

We do not "over-book". Once you have secured your space, we hold your space and frequently turn away others as a result.
Once you know that you can't make it, please inform us immediately.
We may ask you to prepay during busy season, and will let you know how (Paypal, credit card, etc.)
